While I was idling at my study table, I saw an ant as it went about hunting for some food. Just to make its search easier I brought a sugar cube from the kitchen and placed it at some distance from it. I observed it closely as it neared the sugar cube.
People might think of them as simple insects that wonder around all day without doing anything, but ants busy themselves with tiny tasks to accomplish big things. Ants are industrious and loyal, and they do never complain even when they have to accomplish tasks which are much bigger than they are.
I have been fascinated with the way these small ants, millions and trillions in numbers live together as a family in their colony and they have no problem with each other, no mix-ups, no disorders. They work in a team, and working together they are able to create an amazing world for themselves.
Why can’t then we the People with far more superior intellect than the ants understand each other and work for common good. Why can’t we treat our nation as ants treat their colony and stop in-fighting. Why can’t then we be loyal to our work and our nation as ants are to their colony and their queen.
We have the ability to modify, tap resources and defend ourselves, but our social organizations are so weak. We have the ability to solve complex problems but the communication between individuals is so weak. We are able to accomplish far more than we think, but we self limit ourselves.
As I still sat there idling; this train of thought that passed my mind, somehow got communicated to the ant as well, and instead of devouring the sugar cube it stood there gazing me. The ant then said, “Hey Rajat, find The Ant Within”.

I sense a pioneer in you. Someone who can lead the way to an unclaimed territory of 'organized India'.
Keep the work going. Our nation needs more like you.
